Hampton Introduces New Bedding Standards
Hampton Hotels commissioned an online study in 2010 that found almost half of adults think that hotel duvets, bedspreads and/or comforters are not clean. A whopping 70 percent of U.S. women went so far as to describe hotel bedding as "used, unsanitary, uncomfortable, old, gross and/or dirty."
But Hampton Hotels wants you to know that they have "long been committed" to fresh sheets and duvets for every guests. Hampton has even enlisted the help of the self-proclaimed "Queen of Clean" and Dancing with the Stars contestant, Niecy Nash, to roll around in their beds to show the world just how clean their bedding is. Check her out in the video above.
We're not so sure this will wipe out your fears of hotel germs entirely but the next time you stay at a Hampton hotel, you should expect, and get, fresh and clean sheets. And if you find yourself loving those sheets so much, you can buy them online!
